SIPHIWE Diellizo Vumisa, 14, was allegedly abandoned by his father at the KwaDukuza Taxi Rank on 10 March 2016, according to KwaDukuza social worker Mr K.C Mokoena.

The alleged father is Hammino Vumisa. The child concerned alleges to be from Congoletha, Maputo in Mozambique, he said.

“We appeal to anyone with information on the child concerned to assist in locating his alleged father Mr Hammino Vumisa,” said Mokoena.
