Support Project L3

2017-03-22 06:03

PROJECT L3, Live, Love and Learn is an innovative fund-raising project launched by Child Welfare SA: KwaDukuza last year.
Project L3 will be held on Friday 17 March to coincide with Human Rights Day.

This project promotes child protection and at the same time raises much-needed funds to sustain the society. The theme colour is green - the national theme colour for child protection and symbolises growth and development.

Wristbands, button badges, T-shirts and sunglasses depicting the child protection theme will be sold to schools and the community to raise funds.

Pupils are also given an opportunity to raise funds for their schools through Project L3 by retaining R1 for each item sold.

Child Welfare SA: KwaDukuza will host an open day for Project L3 at the KwaDukuza Town Gardens on Friday, 17 March at 10am.

L3 items will be sold to raise funds and activities will be held to commemorate child protection.

The following items are available:

Wristband - R15

Button badges - R10

T-shirts - R60

Sunglasses - R30

The community, pupils and teachers are encouraged to wear the L3 T-shirts and L3 sunglasses on 17 March to show their support and to promote child protection.

Schools are requested to commemorate this day with an activity focusing on child protection.

Contact Karnegie Govender or Portia Mngomezulu to place orders for L3 items on 032 551 2129.
