Get ready for Casual Day

2015-08-27 06:00

It’s nearly Spring and time to spring into action in aid of persons with disabilities by supporting Casual Day on Friday, September 4th.

It is a time for joy, for smelling the flowers, and enjoying the awakening of the season.

On this day the Casual Day community takes time out to celebrate persons with disabilities and making sure that we are all one big family.

The creativity is bursting out all over by dressing up or down in funny outfits.

The theme is “Spring” so take your inspiration from the birds and the bees, the skies of blue, the colours of the rainbow, the blossoms on the trees and the minty hue of new leaves. The colour for the year is refreshing, zingy mint.

This year there will be five different collector’s item stickers, each with a different image, so collect all of them, wear the whole bunch!

)Stickers are available from the Uitenhage Mental Health office by phoning Amilia 041 922 8025/6
