Coffee Snobs, ’n vierstuks Afrikaanse rock-groep is op pad na Uitenhage vir hulle heel eerste optrede op dié dorp.

Luister net na Eie Land op hul debuut-album Storm en jy sal verstaan hoekom dit dadelik ’n treffer was met die vrystelling daarvan. Met lirieke oor die prag van Suid-Afrika se diverse landskappe, was dit die amptelike Afrikaanse liedjie wat ingespan is om die taai Joburg2c bergfietswedren te bemark.

Coffee Snobs is oorspronklik van Groblersdal in Limpopo en dié alternatiewe Afrikaanse rock-groep se hoofsangers is Vernette en Marius Wessels. Dié begaafde musikante het ook liedjies vir Laurika Rauch en Jakkie Louw geskryf.
