National qualifier at oval track

PE Oval Track Raceway will host its their next oval track race meeting on Saturday, April 29th, with several drivers from other centres in action.

It will be the first of two national qualifier events, prior to the National Championships, which will be held at PEOTR at the end of September. Thus drivers from out-of-town have entered, to start preparing their cars for the local circuit. These drivers include Barend du Plessis, Charlie Rothman, Alan Booysen and CJ Bitzer.

Refreshment stalls will be located around the circuit and spectators are welcome to park around the circuit at no extra charge. There are excellent vantage points to view the racing from your vehicle.

The club has also upgraded the venue with a roof over the main grandstand for the comfort of race fans.

Entrance fee: Adults R50, Children under 12 R20.
