Market Square Volkswagen has been very successful over the last couple of years, winning as top dealership in terms of customer satisfaction in their category and they did it again.

“This means that our customers have rated us the highest scores of the approximately 35 dealerships in our category, when either purchasing or servicing their cars with us,” said Tracy Weise, Dealer Principal Market Square Volkswagen.

At the awards evening in Johannesburg, Market Square Volks- wagen Uitenhage received the Customer Centricity Award (highest customer satisfaction when either purchasing or servicing a vehicle); Top New Car Sales Manager award (Gert van Huyssteen) and; Service Manager award (Dave Watson).

“We are once again humbled to win these national awards, as it enforces the strong relationship we have with our clients and the commitment from our staff to go above and beyond the norm. We would like to thank our clients for their continued support and confirm our ongoing commitment to them.”

Dealers are divided into three categories, A- which is for metro dealers in cities, B - which is for dealers outside of a city and C dealers are small and situated in the rural towns. VW Market Square falls within category B.
