The Grand Prix Awards are the highest awards within the Volkswagen Group when it comes to acknowledging outstanding performances.

During 2014, Market Square Volkswagen Uitenhage won four of the Grand Prix Awards. This year they again were nominated for several awards in celebration of their 2015 achievements. These awards were made at the prestige Grand Prix Awards in Johannesburg.

“We value our people, both staff and customers as an integral component of our operational structure and pride ourselves in the awards won,” said Tracy Weise, dealer principal of Market Square Volkswagen Uitenhage.

“Although Uitenhage-based, we continue to provide top of the range services to customers in and around the entire Nelson Mandela Bay Metro.”

The Best New Car Sales Manager award went to Gert van Huyssteen, with the Service Manager award to Dave Watson. Market Square Volkswagen Uitenhage achieved one of the highest scores in the country when it comes to Customer Centricity, scoring 95.4%.

They also received the Club of Excellence status. This award includes the following facets of a dealer infrastructure: customer service, sales, dealer operations, parts, service and dealer standards.

Market Square Volkswagen Uitenhage has achieved the prestige Club Of Excellence Status 10 times over the last 20 years.

“We strive to continue to offer both service excellence and customer care, whilst retaining the principles that enable our Market Square Volkswagen Uitenhage Dealership to humbly receive recognition,” said Weise.
