With all the un-roadworthy vehicles roaming our roads and total lack of concern to the safety of the passengers that these drivers are carrying, I am not surprised! I bet the tyre-pressure was not not checked or even concidered when loaded with so many passengers, even though we may not yet know what the real cause of the accident was, but it is quite often the case, under-inflated tyres + over-loading ? Alcohol also comes to mind. When is everyone, including drivers as well as passengers going to realise that there are limits to everythingn in life! Common sense!?
