Pretoria – Two suspects have been arrested for allegedly dealing in drugs in the City of Tshwane, Gauteng police said on Sunday.

The suspects, aged 41 and 30 were arrested after they were found in an apparent drug laboratory in Lanseria near Centurion, said police spokesperson Superintendent Isaac Mahamba in a statement.

Officers received the information in August about a magic mushroom drug that was being sold in the city.

"The drug comes in a pill form. After thorough investigation, the officers raided the house and they discovered the whole drug lab inside the small holding," he said.

Officers found drugs, drug manufacturing equipment and other material with an estimated street value of R100 000, said Mahamba.
