2 nabbed for fraud in Soweto

Johannesburg - Two people were arrested for allegedly using a fraudulent bank card at an Absa bank branch in Jabulani, Soweto, police said on Friday.

Captain Kay Makhubela said the 38-year-old Ghanaian man and the South African woman were trying to transfer money to Ghana. They would appear in the Protea Magistrate's Court on Monday.

    It would be easier to pick up a random person in Soweto and match them to a crime than to search for a persion who is known to have committed one.
