Durban - Twenty nine people were injured when three minibus taxis and a car collided on Berea road in Durban on Friday, paramedics said.

The car was wedged between two of the taxis following the accident around 08:30 near the Botanical Gardens, ER24 spokesperson Derrick Banks said.

All the commuters were assessed and 29 had sustained various injuries. They were stabilised and taken to a number of different hospitals in the Durban area.

"The necessary authorities were on the scene and would investigate the accident further, but traffic was severely affected due to the collision," Banks said.

What!?! I'm not even sure what you have to do to get a car wedged between 2 Taxis, but I'm certain it it was scary as hell for the driver. All I wish is that some one got their reg numbers and reported it on www.drivelikeachop.co.za

It is amazing that the ANC allows them, considering it takes out their voters with each accident.
