Johannesburg - Three vehicle examiners accused of
corruption appeared briefly in the Johannesburg Specialised Commercial Crime
Court on Wednesday, police said.
Colleen Peterson, Abraham Marwana, and Henry Manuel, were
arrested early on Wednesday, police spokesperson Paul Ramaloko said.
They were employed at the Viking testing station, in
Southdale, and were arrested for allegedly issuing vehicle certificates without
doing any physical testing.
They were released on bail of R2 000 each.
The postponement date was not immediately known.
