Johannesburg - Three surgeries have been robbed in Protea Glen, Soweto, in the past week, Gauteng police said on Friday.

Medication and cellphones were taken at gunpoint by six men in two surgeries last Thursday and Friday, Warrant Officer Kay Makhubele said.

"Another surgery was attacked yesterday [Thursday]."

Makhubele said some of the robbers wore balaclavas. They also took surveillance cameras in one surgery.

Police were investigating.

There is an easy solution. Open your practice out of Soweto. Some people don't appreciate high standards in their towns. Let them drive out to you when they are ill. To rob a surgery is like attacking an ambulance or hospital, which they also do!

True that they don't appreciate your seven years of struggle with your 900 page book to bring them good health in soweto rather go to the suburbs but also need to have serious network incase u did pass one pass all lol... But for real go to the northern suburbs

Wonderful, so when the surgeries can not deliver they can have a protest again!

The thing is these scumbags are not even sowetans,They came from where ever and staying in some dirty shack, left their homeland came to Soweto to steal, cause they cannot even spelled theit names,Its time they go back home and do some farming.
