4 held for Cape teen's murder

Johannesburg - Four men were arrested on Tuesday for the murder of a youth in Khayelitsha, Cape Town police said.

Thabo Mzineni was killed on Saturday evening in Sihle Street, D-Block, Lingelethu West, said Warrant Officer November Filander.

His feet had been tied and a concrete drain cover and a tyre were on his chest. The body was identified by his family on Monday.

The four men, aged between 23 and 48, would appear in the Khayelitsha Magistrate's Court on a charge of murder.

The police investigation was continuing, Filander said.
