Johannesburg - Two people, one of them the owner of a Sandton adult entertainment venue, were arrested when police raided their premises on Monday morning, police said.
The 50-year-old man and his 37-year-old bookkeeper are expected to appear in the Randburg magistrate's court on Tuesday, senior superintendent Mary Martins-Engelbrecht said.
She said the two - who were being held at a Sandton police station - would faces four charges relating to the contravention of the 2002 Immigration Act.
"It is alleged that they employed undocumented persons at the venue," Martins-Engelbrecht said in a statement.
Several documents and three computers were seized during the search of the two men's properties, Martins-Engelbrecht said.
