Johannesburg - A 27-year-old farm worker was stabbed to death and two others seriously injured on Monday in an argument with a fellow worker, Mpumalanga police said.
The incident took place at 09:00 on Waterval Farm near Volksrust.
"Initially the suspect and the three were enjoying themselves with some beer and then they had an argument," said spokesperson Abie Khoabane.
"The suspect took out a knife and stabbed the deceased on the neck."
He then stabbed another man in the stomach and the third man in the right shoulder.
Both are in hospital and in a serious condition.
The 27-year-old suspect will appear in the Volksrust magistrate's court on Wednesday on charges of murder and two counts of attempted murder.
