Johannesburg - Adverse weather in Cape Town has delayed inbound flights across all airlines, transporter Mango said on Thursday.
Spokesperson Hein Kaiser said flights on all airlines were delayed significantly due to bad weather on Wednesday night.
"Mango advises that some of its flights will be delayed by some hours all day today (Thursday) due to the knock-on effect on its network," he said.
The airline advises all persons travelling to confirm departure and arrival times with various airports in order to avoid any potential inconvenience.
The Airports Company of SA confirmed that there were some delays on Wednesday night.
Spokesperson Solomon Makgale said the weather had improved by Thursday morning and planes were able to land.
