Mmametlhake - For seven years a mother lived with the knowledge that her brother was raping her daughter.
But, when she found out he had started the same thing with her youngest child, she went to the police.
The 34-year-old woman had not reported the rapes sooner because her mother had told her she would be bringing shame on the family.
By September last year, she couldn't keep quiet any longer and told neighbours.
So, her mother kicked her and her two daughters out of their home in Mmametlake near Siyabuswa.
Then, during the Christmas holidays, the woman learnt that her other daughter also had been raped, and she went to the police.
She told them her 15-year-old daughter had been raped for seven years, while her 11-year-old daughter was raped last year.

In a separate case, a five-year-old girl was raped by a 16-year-old neighbour in Dennilton on Sunday.
The teenager was arrested and is expected to appear in court soon.
In Kwaggafontein, a 16-year-old girl reported that her father's friend raped her on the night of December 6, while she was sleeping at her home.
A 52-year-old man was arrested on Sunday and is expected to appear in court soon.
