Church leader admits organising murder

2012-05-18 08:43
Cape Town - An elderly Zionist archbishop has admitted to organising the murder of his young lover.

After his arrest, Vumile Gwadela, 66, led police to the scene where the body of Nonesi Mdekazi, 32, was dumped, reported the Daily Voice.

Gwadela admitted to hiring two hitmen to kill Mdekazi and led police to the place where they dumped the body.

The badly decomposed body of Mdekazi was found outside Stellenbosch, in a densely wooded area off the R310.

Gwadela told police that he wanted to kill her because she intended leaving him for her ex-boyfriend.
He went to the Eastern Cape after the murder.
