Cop, prisoner caught having sex

2012-05-23 09:12

Durban - A policewoman was arrested and charged with corruption after she was caught having sex with a prisoner at the Scottburgh police station, the Natal Witness reported on Wednesday.

Lieutenant-Colonel Zandra Wiid told the paper the prisoner, Sibusiso Ndaba, and the officer previously had an intimate relationship.

Ndaba was arrested in December 2010 for a cash heist in Ixopo. He and five of his co-accused appeared in the Ramsgate High Court on Monday on charges of robbery, theft with aggravating circumstances, and illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition.

After the six had appeared in court Ndaba asked to go to the bank. Five of his co-accused were taken back to Umzinto where they were being held.

Wiid said Ndaba was escorted to the bank, but finished late and could not be taken back to prison. He was taken to the Scottburgh police station where he was caught having sex with the officer.

The constable was also allegedly involved in the case against Ndaba. An internal investigation into the incident was under way. The officer had not appeared in court yet.

Why would an awaiting trial prisoner be permitted to go to the bank?

      Squeegee - 2012-05-23 09:19

      Well KZN again. Falling apart.

Lol....Nothing like a woman in uniform. Well @ least he had been to the bank so he probably had 50 bucks to pay her.

      David - 2012-05-23 10:09

The prisoner is a cash heist robber. He had to go and draw some of that stolen money for his honey, the policewoman. Aaaw, what a lovely story for TV... better tha NYPD!

      rbphiri - 2012-05-23 11:35

Allowing a prisoner to go to the bank??? Wow we really have geniuses in that police department. Hell lets take him to Disney land while we at it, if that's not enough let's satisfy his urges by providing him with a police woman...Sir can we also get you a cigarette after intercourse?

      Erich - 2012-05-23 13:07

Good question, Bless. What intruges me is that the name of the male prisoner is published but no reference is made of the name of the woman officer involved. Her 'cover' is already blown, she might as well be identified.

lmfao hahahahahahahaha, she must be very ugly...!

      Koos - 2012-05-23 09:37

I have a question Kabelo. You know I’m starting to wonder.... everyone is looking at old Zuma but girls raping boys, Zuma’s improving “hole in one” golf game, this and a few other stories... mmmmm Maybe Zuma isn’t all that good, maybe the women are better? Wonder if it has something to do with the African woman being able to “share” her man that makes the man more inclined to “share” himself with others? This brings me to another interesting question. One man with so many women, at old JZ age I seriously doubt that he can keep them happy (not money) since his women “share” the man, is it acceptable for the man to “share” his woman/wife with other men? Everyone have “needs” right? So how does it work?

      Azande - 2012-05-23 09:50

@koos, in many cultures and even religions, having more than one wife is acceptable. the women are not allowed to have more than one man. so this isn't an african brainchild but a worldwide phenomenon.

      CollenNkgweng - 2012-05-23 10:00

lol... Kabelo, you'd be amazed what beautiful women do out there hey? ...a sexy cop in that beautiful women police uniform... he hee!

      Koos - 2012-05-23 10:20

@Azande: No no, I understand that. I just see so many things even at work and I'm not always sure what to make of it. Is it acceptable? Is it how it works? I mean JZ gets a lot of woman (or so they say) but why are women throwing themselves at him? I see the same at work as well.... and I do see men sharing women and woman sharing men and it is done pretty openly. It would be stupid to think JZ (and other men) does not use his position to "exploit" woman but is seems woman are more then willing to be "exploited". Now how sincere are these JZ woman? Loyalty? Then there are the "side dishes" and the children whom I doubt even sees their father and I wonder if their father even knows their names. Can old JZ be sure he is their father or does that not really matter? Is this fair to the children? Is this the lifestyle each South African should aspire to?

      Tinky - 2012-05-24 10:33

@ Koos - How is your very long and boring question related to Kabelo's comment?

The cops were probably telling him, MR Ndaba you stupid you shouldve come here to rob this bank...but don't worry we can compensate for your stupidity by letting you have sex with one of our officers.

  • danny.levin.351 - 2012-05-23 09:45

A criminal awaiting trial is taken to the bank? too late to take him to prison?? WTF? why are we forced to trust (and pay) USELESS corrupt SAPS officers?

      Azande - 2012-05-23 10:00

money is the source of all evil.

  • Azande - 2012-05-23 09:45

No this was planned by all the police that escorted him. this man had to go to the bank, finish late, then not taken to prison but police custody where he could have sex with this policewoman. Something is not adding up. Arrest all of them.

  • Hudayfah - 2012-05-23 09:48

I don't blame her. With 'the spear' painting being in the headlines, she must've gotten aroused at the sight of mr. President's jewels and couldn't hold back any longer.

Prisoner taken to bank, and it was too late to take him back to prison, the last time i checked when you are arrested your posssesion at time of arrest is locked away, means he had his Bank card, ID book, etc, LEts say a family member brought them at the court, S.A banks close by 1530 -1600. Is this so late to take someone to prison? And i thought i had heard it all about the police force.....

  • Angela - 2012-05-23 09:53

  • Denis - 2012-05-23 09:53
