'Enough is enough'

Pretoria - A Pretoria man, Gerrie Kruger, has been attacked with a grinder - allegedly by one of his neighbours.
Kruger was erecting a palisade fence around his property when the man, objecting to the noise he was making, apparently decided enough was enough.
Lynnique Kruger, 9, saw the drama unfold.
"The man swore at my dad," she said, "but we couldn't see him."
Kruger said the man threatened to break down the fence
and said he was going to shoot him.
Lynnique says the man picked up the grinder, switched it on and cut her father near his eye.
"I started screaming and my sister went to fetch my mother. The neighbour grabbed one of the fence posts and hit my father through the face and also cut his leg."
Kruger's wife, Linda, says when her daughter started yelling, she ran outside and tried to pry the men apart with a plastic pipe, but to no avail.
Another neighbour managed to do it.
The Krugers have laid a charge of assault.
The man allegedly responsible for the attack could not be reached for comment.
