Four appear over Limpopo tender fraud

Johannesburg - Four businessmen accused of fraud related
to Limpopo transport department tenders worth R63m appeared in the Polokwane
Magistrate's Court on Thursday, the Hawks said.
"Yesterday [Wednesday] we arrested four businessmen for
fraud," said Hawks spokesperson Paul Ramaloko.
Mbhazima Sithole, 45, Felix Baloyi, 34, Mphateleni
Musubu, 43, and Lufuno Muladi, 27, all directors of various companies, were released
on R5 000 bail each.
They would appear again on 26 February.
Last month, 12 people appeared on similar charges in the
same court.
They included Mmakgomo Kgosana, a senior manager in the
provincial department.
Further arrests were expected.
