ET murder trial

The trial of two farm workers accused of killing AWB leader Eugene Terre'Blanche continues in the High Court sitting in Ventersdorp. See the latest pictures here.

Ventersdorp - A group of Ventersdorp residents gathered outside the town's court on Tuesday, where Eugene Terre'Blanche's alleged killers were on trial.

Pule Plaatjie said they were following up on the case.

The group carried posters that read "Rest in hell Eugene", "AWB is dead", "Ons is gatvol met die boere" (We are fed up with the boers), and "Mahlangu is a freedom fighter".

No Afrikaner Weerstandsbeweging members were outside the court.

The trial of farmworker Chris Mahlangu and a minor for the rightwing leader's murder was adjourned for lunch.

It would continue in the afternoon with the cross examination of Terre'Blanche's widow Martie.
