Johannesburg - A 17-year-old Limpopo boy woke from his sleep on Tuesday, to find that hungry robbers had eaten his supper and fled, the Daily Sun reported on Wednesday.
All that was left behind was their two pairs of takkies and a big knife.
Alifani Tshivhase, a grade 9 pupil from Khalava Village, said that he was fast asleep at midnight when he heard noises.
The Daily Sun reported : "His meal of pap and cabbage is gone, the hungry guys are gone, and all that was left behind were two pairs of shoes, and a big knife."
It was reported that Tshivhase was still in a state of shock.
Chief of the village Mpfuneni Tshivase, said he suspected that the robbers were foreigners.
"They are popping up like mushrooms in the area," he said.
He called on all visitors to register before staying in his territory.
"Even women who are in love with foreigners must report their spouses to me. We are doing this in order to know all the visitors, and where they are staying."
