Johannesburg - The four teachers who died this week when their car collided head-on with a bus will be buried on Saturday from the Lethlabile Stadium in Brits, said the North West education department on Thursday.
Spokesperson Charles Raseala said Ntebu Christina Mabuza, Cindy Klaas, Puseletso Cecilia Thipe, and Godfrey Thatane's funeral will be attended by premier Edna Molewa and acting education MEC Phenye Vilakazi.
A case of culpable homicide has been opened after the fatal accident near Brits on Tuesday.
Transport, roads and community safety MEC Jerry Thibedi expressed shock on Tuesday at the deaths of the teachers and sent a message of condolences to their families.
In July, 13 Diphotogo primary school teachers died when their minibus taxi collided with a truck on the Lichtenburg road.
