Judgement expected in Moutse case
Johannesburg - Judgement in the dispute over the redemarcation of Moutse from Mpumalanga to Limpopo is expected in the Constitutional Court in Johannesburg on Tuesday.
Moutse residents approached the court to have the move deemed invalid.
They argued that the government redemarcated the township, which is near Siyabuswa, in the Sikhukhune district, without proper consultation.
The government denied the claim.
Some residents attended Tuesday's hearing in support of the Moutse Demarcation Forum and the 15 individuals who brought the application in 2008 against President Jacob Zuma and 17 organs of state.
