KZN man surrenders after murder

Durban - A 22-year-old man has handed himself to authorities for allegedly killing a teenager in Wentworth, Durban, police said on Tuesday.

"The man handed himself to authorities on Monday," Captain Thulani Zwane said.

Lavelle Theron reportedly had an argument with the man on Friday night before the attack.

Theron was shot and died on his way to hospital.

The man will appear in the Durban Magistrate's Court on Wednesday.

    And in court he will beg for the mercy he never showed his victim, lock him up for life without the option of parole

    Sad thing, yet a little respect for him in his action of handing himself over and not hiding like a coward. Besides handing himself over is a admission of guilt, so he can not plea "not guilty", seems more like he is prepared to take what is due to him.
