KZN murder charges dropped

Johannesburg - Charges against three men arrested in connection with the killing of a tavern owner and the wounding of his nephew during a robbery were dropped on Friday, KwaZulu-Natal police said.

All three were released because of insufficient evidence, said spokesperson Thulani Zwane said.

Mziwenkosi Khanyile and Bongani Khanyile were shot by five armed men in the Vuma Reserve in Eshowe on January 10.

The case was still under investigation, said Zwane.

I had an accident last week when a taxi went through a red light and wrote of my car. If you were to read the accident report, you would still be laughing next year. They had the taxi driver as a witness as well as the driver, the road speed limit incorrect (although the sign was only 20 meters from them) they had the junction description wrong, the damage to my car marked as the wrong side, my description of the accident left out and the taxi drivers description putting me fully to blame. They also had me marked as an Asian and not a Caucasian. I also like to say it took the police over an hour to attend, but marked the time of accident the same as their arrival time. The ambulance, in fact two ambulances turned up quite quickly, each had to attendants of which one stayed in the ambulance and the other three attended to the taxi driver. They never came to my vehicle to see me; I eventually got out of my vehicle and went to the ambulance for help as my arm was bleeding badly and in great pain. The attendant told me that I needed to go to the hospital to be checked out, not offering any assistance from him. I am not racist but I rest my case. The taxi driver was taken to the hospital but released quickly with only a cut hand and sore neck. So you see how incompetent and racist officals leave us dumbfounded

Insufficient evidence. Another botched job by our famous SAP. In the meantime, give the freed men a Bells and more ammunition so they can clean the gene pool.
