Limpopo man blames fire on lawsuit

2012-02-19 20:14

Johannesburg - Businessman Wilson Mkhari has claimed that his home was blown up because he is suing the Limpopo government for R100m, City Press reported on Sunday.

Mkhari launched the lawsuit after losing a lucrative housing contract to construction company owner Steve Bosch, an ally of Julius Malema, according to the weekly.

He told the newspaper he found the house on fire last Sunday. His garage and three cars were destroyed.

Mkhari said the house was fire-bombed by intruders who scaled a two metre-high electric fence.

Mkhari has been blacklisted from doing business with the government until 2020, for poor performance, but told City Press, the claims of poor performance had not been proved.

If this guy's claims are true, South Africa is beyond the point of turning back, on a very slippery slope without brakes strait into the Africa cesspool.
