2012-06-29 16:16

Cape Town - A man was shot dead while parked at a traffic light in Grassy Park, Cape Town, Western Cape police said on Friday.

Captain Frederick van Wyk said the man, in his 30s, stopped his car at the intersection of Strandfontein and Boundary roads at 19:40 on Thursday.

Three people pulled up next to him, got out of their car and randomly opened fire on his car before fleeing. The man was shot several times and died on the scene.

Van Wyk said no arrests had been made and the motive for the murder was still unclear.

Hit or random act of violence? F*** this country somedays...

      Christelle - 2012-06-29 16:26

Sounds like a Hit!!! But unacceptable whichever way!!

      mofstok - 2012-06-29 16:37

@BlueBalls: keep your trolling, uneducated, idiotic, imbecilic, nonsensical, and disingenuous commentary to yourself. Up to now I have thought you were a mentally degenerated moron, but you opened your mouth and removed all doubt as to the fact. If breathing was not a reflex and required any amount of intellectual exertion you would have been dead a long time ago.

      Christelle - 2012-06-29 16:50

Bull - stop talking Bull please.

      bernard.nienaber - 2012-06-29 17:02

WOW mofkop do you feel better now? how old are you? Probably 19...

      mofstok - 2012-06-29 17:05

I'm sorry Blou-Balle, did I strike a nerve? Did I bruise your fragile little ego and now you are lashing out in a childish display of rage and incoherence? I fail to see what National Socialism (A policy currently being advocated by the ANC by the way) has to do with a shooting in Cape Town, but then again I don't think you know either. Your reasoning skills are so lacking in ability, you would be better served in attempting to match your wits with an amoeba, and even then you would come off second best. Please go sit in the corner and play with yourself; it is probably what you are best at.

      mofstok - 2012-06-29 17:07

PS. Blou-Balle: I am going outside now to have a life, so do not bother replying to my above statement since I will not be here to see it and laugh at your tiny, tiny brain. Oh, and yes: I am being condescending. (That is fancy grown-up speak for: I am talking down to you) Have a good evening.

Wow murder in South Africa anywhere for just about any odd reason really breaks your heart does it not when you read about the sheer callousness that some human beings show towards another.Your life it seems is worth nothing,no matter how hard one tries to make it whilst living in South Africa.Getting worse and worse by the second and that's just half the story of the society people live in,in South Africa to be honest.

      Christelle - 2012-06-29 17:13

Bull - I assume all the black, coloured and indian people supporting Zille do so because she is a loud mouth only doing things affecting the nazi descendents. I suppose fighting for the youth wage (which will not really benefit the nazi descendents) fighting corruption, better services etc means nothing.

      liana.loots - 2012-06-29 17:32

Gee Bulls-Balls, watch out! all that anger will shrink them, and you will then be known as mouse-balls

  • BulletProof. - 2012-06-29 17:57

God please help this country, this government does nothing to fight this rampant crime, please spare the lifes of so many inocent people.

  • Terry - 2012-06-29 18:08

Oh, but let's continue majoring on the minors, like our health minister who's like a hedgehog on steroids, oh please, smoking! Our laws re that are fine at present but as we all know this "govt" is obsessed with controlling everything about our lives (China ring a bell??). Oh that the same verve and passion were applied to crime and education. Then we get to the banning of alcohol advertising, to protect the illiterate masses who don't even know it's there, with the resultant loss of sponsorship and jobs. Oh but that doesn't matter. Let's rather report on the psychotic ramblings of the ANCYL..now THAT's important. Sigh.

  • patrick.makgeledise - 2012-06-29 18:40
