Man held for setting woman's house on fire

Johannesburg - A 55-year-old man was arrested in connection with a case of arson in Mooihoek, Mecklenburg on Sunday, said Limpopo police.

A 70-year-old woman's house was set on fire on Sunday morning while she was at church, said Lieutenant-Colonel Mohale Ramatseba.

The woman was accused of having caused the death of a 26-year-old man through witchcraft.

The man was expected to appear in Mecklenburg Magistrate's Court soon.

Ramatseba said more arrests were expected.
