Man stabbed to death in Free State
Johannesburg - A man has been stabbed to death at the Congo Hostel in Thabong, in the Free State, police said on Monday.
"There were bricks next to the body, which made it to look like the man was also clobbered with bricks," said Warrant Officer Malebo Khosana.
Police found the man outside the hostel at 07:30 on Saturday. He was a resident of Mshenguville, in Thabong, he said.
Khosana said local residents identified two men to the police as his killers and they were arrested on Sunday.
"It later appeared that there was a third suspect, who is currently at large," he said.
The two men arrested, aged 27 and 29, would appear in the Welkom Magistrate's Court on Tuesday, Khosana said.
