Johannesburg - A man and a teenager who allegedly stabbed a man to death in Grahamstown have been arrested, Eastern Cape police said on Monday.
Captain Mali Govender said the 33-year-old man and the 16-year-old teenager were arrested on Sunday.
Police were called to K Street on Saturday night.
On arrival, the body of a man was found lying in the middle of the road.
According to an eyewitness, the men looked like they were tackling one another jokingly.
"She thought that they were playing; after a while she noticed that one of them was lying on the street."
The man who was killed apparently worked at a magistrate's court.
The two were expected to appear in the Grahamstown Magistrate's Court soon.
