Miracle man

Pietermaritzburg - The Reverend Makeleleni Amos Ntshangase has experienced at least one
miracle: surviving a car that flew through a window into his lounge.
The shocked Sobantu minister was praying in his house before a church sermon
yesterday morning when he heard a noise loud enough to herald Judgment
Day.
"I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this man sitting in the front seat of
his car right in my lounge," said Ntshangase. "Fortunately there
was nobody in the lounge at the time."
It was the second time that his house has been hit by a car. However, in the
previous accident only his garden wall was damaged.
On Sunday he lost his
lounge window, part of the wall and lounge furniture. "It's a miracle that
the driver was not killed," said Ntshangase.
Accident Unit Inspector Freddie Jonkers said the driver, in his late 20s,
allegedly ploughed into building blocks at the corner of the street and lost
control of the vehicle.
He apparently refused to take a breathalyser test
and was taken to Mountain Rise Police Station for blood tests.
