Johannesburg - Modelling company owner Dawie de Villiers will return to the dock at the High Court sitting at Palm Ridge on Monday.

The founder and owner of Modelling South Africa faces 38 counts of rape, sexual assault, indecent assault, sexual grooming, possession and accessing of child pornography as well as fraud and theft.

He is alleged to have raped and sexually violated several teenage girls between 2011 and 2012.

The Kempton Park businessman is accused of among others, raping a 15-year-old girl in 2011. He then allegedly asked the teenager to have a relationship with him and to send him a picture of her private parts.

He is also accused of indecent assault after he penetrated an adult female from behind against her will.

In the same year, he also allegedly inserted his fingers under a 14-year-old's ski pants. Thereafter, he allegedly told the girl she sexually aroused him and requested she send him pictures of herself naked or wearing lingerie.

He also then sent her naked pictures of himself, the court heard.

In a separate incident, he is accused of inserting his fingers inside a 15-year-old's underwear and kissing her on the mouth.

De Villiers also faces charges of exposing pornography to two children aged 7 and 10.

He allegedly threatened to murder one of his alleged victims after calling her a "slut" and a "whore", his former girlfriend told the court two weeks ago.

This was after she discovered "explicit" nude photographs of a woman on his personal computer at the couple's home in Bryanston in 2009, she said.

Last week, a 20-year-old woman who claimed De Villiers raped her when she was a teenager told the court that the two had a sexual relationship prior to the incident.

He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
