Johannesburg - Two people accused of killing a man and leaving his body in the boot of a car at Montecasino, Johannesburg, will appear in the Randburg Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.

Jean-Pierre Malan and his girlfriend Maruschka Robinson, a former stripper, face murder charges after Dustan Blom's decomposing body was found in the boot of his car in the parking garage in September.

During their last appearance, the matter was postponed because one of the accused's lawyers had an emergency and could not be in court.

Prosecutor Yusuf Baba also asked the court to postpone the matter so that the director of public prosecutions could draft the indictment for the matter to be heard in the high court.
