2011-08-24 12:04

Johannesburg - Nigerian terror-accused Henry Okah will receive medical treatment before he goes on trial next year, the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court ruled on Wednesday.

Magistrate Hein Louw said he hoped not to find that Okah was not co-operating with correctional services officials during his treatment.

He also did not want to find that there was a different side to Okah's medical ailment claims.

Okah goes on trial in the South Gauteng High Court on January 30.

His relatives and friends filled the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court public gallery on Wednesday.

An indictment was served on Okah during his appearance.

H will probably receive the best of the very best medical treatment. The kind reserved for Presidents and Kings. Probably at one of our top military hospitals. But then again He could be faking some illness to try and escape and make a dash for freedom. Watch this space.
