Police search for crash victim's family

Johannesburg - Eastern Cape police were on Thursday searching for the family of a man killed in an accident between Butterworth and Dutywa.

The man's car collided with a minibus taxi on Wednesday evening, Captain Jackson Manatha said.

"The dead car driver, believed to be 30-years-old, has not yet been identified."

Fourteen taxi occupants, including the driver, were injured and treated at the Butterworth Hospital.

"The cause of the accident is still being investigated... A case of culpable homicide has been opened."
