Robbers cruelly murder 'angel'

Bloemfontein - "She was like an angel, a wonderful person, and she helped to raise my children."
This was how Sunil Poken described Selinah Mosolo, 43, who was found murdered in his house on Wednesday.
Robbers had tied her up, assaulted her and tied a plastic bag over her head.
Mosolo, of Tweespruit, had worked as a housekeeper for the Poken family for eight years and also had worked for the former owners of the house.
When Poken left the house at 07:00, Mosolo was already there and had started work.
When he and his wife arrived home shortly after 16:00, they found her in the main bedroom with her hands tied behind her back, her feet tied up, bruises on her head and a plastic bag around her head.
Her body was already cold.
Poken said: "One could trust her with absolutely anything - she was that kind of person. My wife was hysterical on Thursday. We are very traumatised."
Only a few pieces of jewellery were missing from the house.
Still has to tell children
The Poken family was too shocked to stay at their home on Thursday night, and spent the night at friends.
Selinah's husband, Joseph Mosolo, 45, of Tweespruit, was extremely emotional on Thursday and struggled to speak to Volksblad when they phoned him.
He said: "We have three children, of whom the youngest, Prince, is only six.
Our daughter Gladys is 20 now and our other son, Elias, is in matric."
He said he still had to tell the children, who lived with him.
He had heard of his wife's death only on Thursday morning.
"I am heartbroken, but I will have to pick up the pieces."
No one had been arrested yet in connection with the murder.
Police suspected that two robbers gained access to the house in Bayswater after they broke the security gate lock.
