Johannesburg - A Kempton Park travel agent has been accused of 91 counts of fraud, reports the SABC.
Sipho Sithembiso Msomi, 36, will go on trial in the Pietermaritzburg Regional Court at the end of June.
The SABC reported that the fraud allegedly involved more than R20m and pertained to the use of spy software on computers in the KwaZulu-Natal Departments of Education, Housing, Arts and Culture, Agriculture and Environmental Affairs, and Social Development.
Msomi was already awaiting trial for allegedly defrauding the South African Social Security Agency of nearly R2m.
