Johannesburg - Four men were arrested for the possession of stolen goods with a street value of about R2.2m in KwaThema, on the East Rand, on Thursday, police said.
Captain Pinky Tsinyane said men, aged between 29 and 54, were arrested in Ndebele Street after a tip-off.
Police arrived at a house and found a truck off-loading boxes of Sunlight washing powder.
"It is not known if the four suspects were working together in the company that the goods were taken from," Tsinyane said.
The men would appear soon in the Springs Magistrate's Court.
