Strike affects water supply in Free State

Johannesburg - Strike action by workers at the Dewetsdorp Municipality, in the Free State has led to water disruptions in the area, the SABC reported on Saturday.

Mayor of the Naledi Municipality Mpolokeng Mahase reportedly said a meeting with the SA Municipal Workers' Union (Samwu) would be held on Monday.

Municipal workers scheduled to do maintenance work, failed to arrive for work on Saturday, leading to water disruptions.
