Rusternburg - Two more men were arrested on Sunday in connection with the murder of a farmer in Doornplaats in January, North West police said.
Inspector Susan Moseki said the first man had been caught within days of the murder, and police then started searching for the two they arrested on Sunday.
The men, aged 20 and 25, were caught near Mabule village in North West as they were trying to cross the border into Botswana. They were arrested by Botswana police, who handed them over to the local police.
DJ Landsberg, a farmer and businessman, was killed on January 25 as he returned to his Doornplaats farm from his bottle store. He was shot three times and died on the scene.
The attackers fled with Landsberg's firearms and an undisclosed amount of cash, said Moseki.
The three men will appear in the Zeerust magistrate's court on Tuesday.
