Johannesburg - Two North West men arrested for theft and fraud after claiming they were hijacked and robbed appeared briefly in the Rustenburg Magistrate's Court on Friday.
Obakeng Ngwenya, the attorney representing Elias Mapodile and Angelo Xeso, said the case was postponed to September 27 for further investigation.
Mapodile and Xeso were arrested after they claimed four men hijacked them and took R180 000 they were supposed to bank for their former employer, the Marikana Spar.
Police later recovered R112 000.
Bail of R1 000 each was extended.
