haha! if Jacob has NOT become a SELF APPOINTED TYRANT WANNABEE in Africa, not just South Africa. Please will someone then prove me wrong!! But wait he is implicated in a further Astronomical Legal Challenge against the ALL Food Regulating Authorities in South Africa. Yes the Public Protector has also been requested to intervene extremely urgently and expediently. So yup! The clock has virtually ticked up on "a ticking time bomb" that may rattle the very foundations of the RSA when the MAJORITY of the Population find out just how astronomically defrauded they have been. Not withstanding all the health abuses and other abuses they have incurred for more years than can be guessed at. Remember Jacob, your regime has been in control for 18 years. 18 further years of fraud and abuses and this is regarding FOOD and Beverage Products. Just how deep does the FRAUD, CORRUPTION, COLLUSION AND ABUSE AGAINST YOUR OWN PEOPLE GO, JACOB? HOW DEEP??

How can we have separation of powers if the Crook-In-Chief gets to appoint the referees. We seem ripe for revolution.

If you are hoping they will lick Zuma's boots, you might be disappointed. Not even PW Botha could controll his Appointees.

  • bernpm - 2012-05-24 19:28

While all are busy with the farce around the "organ of the state", Mr Zuma is quietly changing the "state of the organ".

Congratulations to the new judges. I trust you will serve all people as equal citizen! This is the assertion that is contained and provided for in the constitution. Never use the color of the skin to judge as we can seen some of the judges are doing right now.

Mr. President, your timing - honestly? Mind you, you are in court constantly nowadays - don't worry. Could one of our valued and learned legal readers please send us an article on his/her opinion of their experience and qualifications.

  • sifiso.mabaso - 2012-05-25 09:16

    transformation right there

  • pierre.hough1 - 2012-05-25 11:20

... and so the judiciary goes, by order of Mr President. Al that now remains to be seen is the change in status of senior counsel (SC, short for senior consultus) so we can have PC's (President's counsels). Guess who will be first recipients of being honored for being appointed to acting for the President in our High, Supreme and Constitutional Courts? Probably the down in Court, overcome with emotions!
