2014-06-30 16:07

Margaux Knuppe from rubybox, tells us how you can get these hot iconic looks for this year's Durban July. WATCH

Durban - President Jacob Zuma made a stately arrival in his black presidential BMW, escorted by his security detail, at the Durban July.

City Press reports that the car drove through the crowds up to the marquee where he will be entertained as he watches the races.

He was accompanied by one of his wives, Tobeka Madiba Zuma.

Earlier in the day, organza, lace, feathers, pegs and even a guitar clock found their way onto the ramp at the July fashion show.

Young designers went wild with extraordinary creations to catch the attention of the judges.

It was a careful balancing act for guests who traipsed up and down stairs as the strong wind blew.

Among the early arrivals were Minnie Dlamini, Bridget Masinga, Sonia and Matthew Booth, Stoan Seate, Tumisho Masha, DJ Lulo Cafe, Generations star Thato Molamu and Minister Siyabonga Cwele.
