Zuma whisked into court

Pietermaritzburg - African National Congress president Jacob Zuma arrived at the Pietermaritzburg High Court on Friday to the sound of ululation from a sea of supporters.
Surrounded by no fewer than 15 bodyguards, Zuma, sported a grin as he slipped in a back entrance, wearing a dark suit, white shirt and red tie.
He was quickly escorted to a back room away from the public eye and the thousands of cheering supporters outside the court.
Judge Chris Nicholson is expected to deliver judgment at 10:00 on the lawfulness of the decision to prosecute Zuma on corruption and other charges.
Zuma's lawyers argue that the decision was invalid because the state did not consult Zuma before recharging him with fraud and corruption.
A separate bid by Zuma for a permanent stay of prosecution is to be heard in November.
