Johannesburg - Former model boss Dawie de Viliiers on Wednesday denied claims by one of his models that they had on two occasions had consensual sex but he had on another occasion raped her.

Taking to the stand in the High Court sitting in Palm Ridge, De Villers said that the rape had never happened.

His alleged victim had, during the course of the trial, given an emotional testimony of how De Villiers had raped her.

Under cross-examination by the State, De Villiers told the court that he suspected that two men had been behind the ploy to destroy him and tarnish his image.

He refused to answer when asked whether his accusers had colluded with these two men.

De Villiers, the owner of Modelling South Africa, faces charges including rape, sexual assault, indecent assault, sexual grooming, compelled self sexual assault, intimidation, fraud and possession and accessing of child pornography.

He allegedly raped and sexually violated several teenage girls between 2011 and 2012.

De Villiers is expected back on the stand on Thursday for his third day of testimony.
