Johannesburg - Former ANC MP David Dlali has left a large void which will not be easy to fill, Minister of Women, Children and People with Disabilities Lulu Xingwana said on Monday.

"Our nation and the entire democratic movement have lost a selfless and loyal servant."

Dlali, 52, her special adviser, was found murdered near his farm near Matatiele in the Eastern Cape on Monday.

"His passion for defending those who are vulnerable in our society will remain forever indelible in our memories."

Dlali served as a Member of Parliament, representing Gugulethu between 2001 and 2009, before joining Xingwana's department.

So what is the ANC planning on doing about this and the thousands of other people killed daily?? Wish they focussed half as much attention on crime as they did on that stupid painting.
