Malema in England for business talks

2012-07-28 16:26

Johannesburg - Expelled ANC Youth League president Julius Malema and suspended league spokesperson Floyd Shivambu have travelled to England to apparently speak to British investors, SABC news reported on Saturday.

The report said the two seemingly were there to try to get businessmen to invest in South Africa.

Malema is expected to face a grilling from British businessmen about his stance on the nationalisation of mines and expropriation of land without compensation.

The trip comes as the city faces worldwide attention for its hosting of the Olympic Games.

I hope they lock this fake up in the Tower of LOndon and throw away the key!

      cliff.slabbert - 2012-07-28 17:32

They try to keep the tower free of cockroaches Shirley.

      alf.pop - 2012-07-28 20:06

Better still - throw him off the London Tower and watch how many times he bounces!

STOP GIVING THIS MAN COVERAGE !!!!!!!!!!! HE IS GONE - NOW STOP EMPOWERING THIS MAN!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT IS SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      philip.harris.967 - 2012-07-29 06:15

A fat fake he may well be ...he is also a whole lot of other things as well ..none of them nice. But at the end of the day , Malema speaks the language of the masses ....Malema ,despite hitting a speed bump with the ANC has huge support. He also seems to be doing well financially and does a lot of jet setting. Shirley you may do well to conside why he has such support ...and what the future of SA is with many many "Malemas" running the show

      edward.patterson.923 - 2012-07-29 11:26

@Philip, unfortunately you are correct. He wants to nationalize the mines, banks, and take farms without compensation and he sings shot the boer. Yes the ANC has thrown him out temporarily, but his support among the masses is still great. And it is strongest with the young and unemployed. He is still very dangerous and could pull SA down to become like Zim. Again, unfortunately, I still think he is a factor in SA politics to be reckoned with.

      nicholas.graan - 2012-07-29 17:28

Hope they will be able to understand him.

      Frank - 2012-07-29 20:26

They'll lock him up with all the other quarantined animals for 3 months and then get a few academics to investigate his origins. After 6 months the penny will drop and the sub-species will be identified as an emergent political tycoon from the African jungles of Sandton.

      merven.halo - 2012-07-30 14:06

And who would also want to come and invest in a coutry where there is no political stabity, crime is too much, people's business are under threat because of Xenophobic attacks everytime, corruption is out of control.

      kaz.hse.7 - 2012-07-29 06:30

Morema. you forget one small thing in your baseless statement. The ANC bought Luthuli House (Note, it is Luthuli not Lithuli you troll) house with donated public funds. It therefore means Luthuli House is NOT Private property but public property....

Ha Ha Ha Ha Morame, you were also kicked out of the youth league.

      vluiz - 2012-07-29 13:43

Morama, read the article carefully, it says they have gone APPARENTLY to talk to businessmen. Not that they have apparently gone to talk to businessmen. Do you understand the difference or should I draw you a picture?

      thandazile.selana1 - 2012-07-30 09:54

On behalf of themselves or i forgot that under ur zulu dictatorship people are no longer allowed to talk bussiness with out the permision of the spear head.

      sean.carbutt - 2012-07-30 15:37

@morama or should that be morona: you are living proof of why the "k" word will not dissapear.
